No we’re not showing in a museum (not yet!). Tranoï – which literally means “between us” – is an artistic platform with a stern selection of more than 1000 premium designers from all over the world and we’re happy to take part.
... Nevertheless.. since we’re at Le Louvre, we may as well share some of our favorite museum pieces..

Lizworks commissioned Vik Muniz and Selima Optique to create a limited edition eyewear design titled “HAPPY VIEW.” The design is a lenticular photograph in a lucite medicine cabinet-like box, consisting of nine colored sunglasses. One can now genuinely see the world through the artist’s eyes. Vik Muniz is a Brazilian artist and photographer. Muniz combines everyday objects such as diamonds, sugar, chocolate syrup and
garbage to create bold, ironic, and often deceiving imagery drawn
from pop culture and art history. His work is exhibited worldwide.

Leaving New York Fashion Week behind, Selima was in Las Vegas yesterday to participate in the high-end designer panel discussion of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (edCFDA) at Vision Expo West and we're sharing here some snaps from tweeter and instagram.
