We’re a New York-based company that designs, manufactures, and sells eyeglasses. Everything you see here is either made or curated with care by us.

3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order from us, you're agreeing to pay the listed price (tax and import duties are added at checkout if they apply).

4. Shipping & Returns
We ship to the U.S. and internationally where allowed. Delivery times may vary, and while we do our best to get your order to you quickly, we can’t promise delivery by a specific date.

5. Prescription Eyewear
Please email us your prescription at info@selimaoptique.com if you wish to order prescription lenses, you confirm that your prescription is accurate and valid. We’re not responsible for issues that result from outdated or incorrect prescriptions.
6. Warranty & Repairs
We stand by our products. If something’s wrong because of a defect in materials or workmanship, let us know. Normal wear and tear, or accidents, aren’t covered — but we may still be able to help.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — like our logo, product designs, and photos — belongs to us. Please don’t use it without asking.
8. Limitation of Liability
We’ll always do our best to provide great service and quality products, but we can’t be held liable for things outside our control (like shipping delays or tech glitches). By using our site, you agree not to hold us responsible for indirect damages.
