As well as an eyewear designer, Selima Salaun is a collector of vintage accessories. Salaun derives significant inspiration for her eyewear from her impressive collection of vintage accessories and glasses. Her collection of vintage eyewear is arguably one of the world’s largest. Motivated by her love for film, she initially sought iconic pieces worn by actors in film noir classics.
For those that can’t get enough of Selima Salaun’s style, there will be an opportunity to hear her accessories design perspective live at IAC’s 15th Annual Fashion Conference, as she will be a guest on the panel “The Main Event: Icons, Iconoclasm, and Innovation in Fashion and Accessories Design,” moderated by Frank Zambrelli, Chairman of the Accessories Council.
